Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Nanodraw processes, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 4 September 2026

1. Information we collect

When you create or use a Nanodraw Plus account, we collect your email address, a securely hashed version of your password, account identifier, plan status, and account timestamps.

If you join the NanoDraw Plus waitlist, your email address is collected for product availability and launch updates.

We also process drawings, pages, uploaded images, templates, sharing permissions, collaborator details, comments, and feedback that you choose to create or submit. Our servers receive ordinary technical request information needed to operate and secure the service.

2. Local information

Nanodraw stores preferences such as your theme, grid, tools, swatches, and extension settings in your browser. The free local version may store drawing data on your device. Clearing browser storage can remove locally stored preferences or work that has not been synchronized elsewhere.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • create and authenticate accounts;
  • manage the NanoDraw Plus waitlist and send requested availability updates;
  • save, synchronize, share, export, and collaborate on drawings;
  • apply plan access and maintain service security;
  • respond to support requests and product feedback;
  • diagnose failures and improve Nanodraw; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Cookies and authentication

Nanodraw uses an essential, secure authentication cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising. Browser storage is used for product settings and theme preferences. If analytics or other non-essential tracking is added in the future, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared:

  • with collaborators and viewers according to permissions you choose;
  • with Web3Forms when you submit the waitlist form;
  • with infrastructure providers that host application data, databases, or uploaded files on our behalf;
  • when required by law or necessary to protect users, Vanuku Labs, or the service; or
  • as part of a business reorganization, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Storage and retention

Cloud account information and content are retained while needed to provide Nanodraw, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Shared or exported copies may remain with recipients. Local browser data remains on your device until you clear it or the application replaces it.

7. Security

We use measures designed to protect information, including password hashing, secure authentication cookies, access controls, and scoped sharing permissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong, unique password and protect shared links.

8. Your choices and rights

You can update product preferences, manage sharing access, export drawings, and request help with access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights by contacting hello@vanuku.com. Available rights depend on the laws that apply to you, and we may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Children and educational use

Schools and other organizations using Nanodraw with students are responsible for obtaining required permissions and configuring access appropriately. If you believe a child’s personal information was provided without the authorization required by applicable law, contact us so we can review and address the request.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when Nanodraw or applicable requirements change. The latest version and its update date will remain available here. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@vanuku.com.
