Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Nanodraw and its cloud collaboration services.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, accessing Nanodraw Plus, or using its cloud and collaboration features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Nanodraw on behalf of a school, company, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. The service

Nanodraw provides browser and desktop drawing tools, cloud storage, synchronization, sharing, templates, exports, and real-time collaboration. Features may differ between free, trial, paid, browser, and desktop versions, and may change as the product develops.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly at hello@vanuku.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or impersonate another person or organization.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of drawings, images, comments, and other content you create or upload. You give Vanuku Labs the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve Nanodraw and provide features you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights required to upload and share your content.

5. Sharing and collaboration

When you share a board or invite collaborators, recipients may be able to view, copy, edit, comment on, or export content according to the permissions you select. You are responsible for choosing appropriate recipients and access levels. Removing access does not remove copies that others previously exported or saved.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Nanodraw to:

  • break applicable law or violate another person’s rights;
  • upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass service security;
  • harass others or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or abusive material;
  • scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or resell the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
  • access accounts, boards, or data without authorization.

7. Plans, trials, and payments

Features and limits are described on the relevant plan page. If paid subscriptions are offered, displayed prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options presented during checkout form part of these terms. Trials may convert, expire, or revert to limited access as described when you enroll. Contact us if a billing description conflicts with your account.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Nanodraw at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

9. Availability and warranties

We work to keep Nanodraw reliable and secure, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that every feature will always remain available, or that the service will meet every specific requirement. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vanuku Labs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Nanodraw, including loss caused by content shared with other users. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Nanodraw changes. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@vanuku.com.
